    To be eligible for a refund under this 30-day standard return policy, you must be located in the United States or Canada, must be a consumer (not a distributor or reseller), must have purchased your eligible products directly from Great HealthWorks by phone or on this website (not a retailer, third-party marketplace, or other third party), and must return all eligible products in unused, unopened, fully sealed condition.

    If your purchase of eligible products came with any free or promotional products (including as part of, for example, any Buy One Get One special offer), then you must return all those free or promotional products in one package together with the eligible products you are returning, all in unused, unopened, fully sealed condition.
